Flood in urban areas and big cities is likely to occur: Thanh Hoa city, Vinh city (Nghe An province), Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh city (Ha Tinh province).

b) Flood Information on the Hoang Long River, Da River, Thao River and landslide warning in the northern mountainous area

The water level in the Hoang Long River is slowly rising. The flow of water to Hoa Binh reservoir increases. Water level in Thao River rise quickly

Flooding in low lying lands and urban areas is likely to occur in many places such as Ha Noi, Hoa Binh, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho.

Aside from flooding, there are high risks of landslides in several northern mountainous provinces like Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Lao Cai Yen Bai, Son La and Hoa Binh.
