According to BCN No. 19/BC-BCHPCTT dated June 25, 2023 of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of Lang Son province from 7:00 a.m. on June 23, 2023, continuous heavy rain caused floods in some localities, causing damage to people and property. of the people, as follows:
- About people: At 16:30 on June 24, 2023, at Hat Lanh underground area, Ban Rooc village, Tu Mich commune, there was 01 citizen HOANG VAN HIEN, born 1982, (because he slipped and fell while going underground. and was swept away by water, search forces are currently being arranged).
- Damage to houses: 33 households were affected by landslides.
- Agriculture: The total flooded area is over 365.0 ha, of which: 262.24 ha of rice, 38.55 ha of crops; Corn 52.3 ha; Tobacco 2.0 ha; other trees 10.0 ha.
- Damage to traffic: Many roads are partially flooded, landslides such as Khanh Khe - Dong Giap route, Van Quan district; road in Thanh Loa commune; Xuan Long commune, Cao Loc district; In Bac Son district, 08 points of landslide occurred and 40 locations in the commune line; Na Sam and Sao Ngam Bridge of Van Lang district was flooded…
- About industry; 03 power poles were broken (in Hong Thai commune, Van Lang district and Trang Dinh district).
