Urgently overcome the consequences of flash floods in Bac Kan

On May 17 and 18, two flash floods occurred in Dong Phuc and Yen Duong communes, Ba Be district, Bac Kan province, leaving four people dead or missing; property and crops of the people were severely damaged. Bac Kan province is urgently deploying relief work.
