- At 4:00 p.m. on July 13, the center of the tropical depression was located at about 13.4 degrees North latitude; 113.0 degrees East longitude, in the western sea of the central East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting to level 8; moving slowly in the northwest direction at a speed of 5-10km/h.
- At 7:00 p.m. on July 13, the center of the tropical depression was located at about 13.5 degrees North latitude; 112.7 degrees East longitude, in the western sea of the central East Sea. At 01:00, the center of the low pressure area was at about 16.5-17.5 degrees North latitude; 107.6 108.6 degrees East longitude. The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area decreased to below level 6 (below 39km/h).
