Typhoon Usagi (Typhoon No.9, 2018)

1:20:5, 30/11/2018 At 19:00 on November 19, the location of the tropical depression was at about 8.8 degrees North, 130.5 degrees East. The strongest wind near the center of the depression was at level 7 (50-60km / h), winds gust at level 9.

On November 23, the storm center location was about 10.9 degrees  North; 113.0  degrees   E, on the Northwest of Truong Sa archipelago, about 450km east of the mainland of  Ninh Thuan to Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was at level 8 (60-75km/h), winds gust at level 10. Area within 100 km from the storm center had wind at level 6 and wind gust at level 8.

At 07:00 on November 24, the storm center location was at about 9.8 degrees  North; 109.5  degrees  East, about 100km from Phu Quy island, about 190km from Phan Thiet, 240km from Vung Tau, 300km from Ben Tre. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was at level 9-10 (75-100 km/hour), winds gust at level 12. Area within 150 km from the storm center had wind at level 6 and winds gust at level 8. Area within 50 km from the storm center had wind at level 10 and wind gust at level 12.

At 08:00on November 25, the storm center location was at about 10.2  degrees  North; 107.3 degrees East, on the coast of provinces from the South of Binh Thuan to Ben Tre. The strongest wind near the center of the storms was at level 8-9 (60-90km /hour), wind gust at level 12. Wind force level 6, shock level 8 about 100km. Area within 100 km from the storm center had wind at level 6 and winds gust at level 8.

At night of November 25, after going into the Southeast mainland, tropical low pressure has weakened into low pressure area.
