Through assessing the actual situation in Ca Mau province, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in coordination with FAO in Vietnam decided to activate early action to support difficult households in 04 communes (Khanh An, Khanh Thuan - U Minh district; Khanh Hung - Tran Van Thoi district; Bien Bach - Thoi Binh district).
