According to the leader of Hoa Vang District People's Committee, on the night of October 14, the incident of the Ho Du dam bursting caused water to rush in, collapsing houses and washing away many properties of hundreds of households in Thach Nham Dong village, Hoa Nhon commune.

On the afternoon of October 19, people in Thach Nham Dong village, Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district were still trying to pick up and collect the remaining property after the flood.

People's motorbikes were swept away by the water, covered with mud and remained inert when the water receded.

A house was destroyed by floods, leaving only 2 iron doors left after the water receded.

The scene of desolation and disarray after historical floods has made people unable to return to normal life.

The wall of the house collapsed after the flood passed, many families were left empty-handed because their property was washed away.

According to statistics, Hoa Vang district has 1 house completely collapsed, 28 houses partially collapsed, many other properties such as motorbikes, household appliances... were damaged.
