10:23:6, 24/10/2025 Heavy rains caused by storm No. 12 and the storm's circulation have caused many serious landslides in Hue city, including the road leading to Tan An Hai village (Phu Loc commune) damaged by sea erosion for nearly 500m, threatening to isolate 63 households with 190 people.

Phó Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Huế Hoàng Hải Minh trực tiếp kiểm tra, chỉ đạo công tác khắc phục tại hiện trường.

Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh directly inspected and directed the remedial work at the scene.

Faced with that situation, on October 23, Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh directly inspected and directed the remedial work at the scene. Local authorities have put up warning signs, set up barricades, arranged militia forces on duty 24/7 and deployed the "4 on-site" plan to ensure people's safety and provide essential goods to households at risk of being isolated.
