Phase 2 practices handling situations including: Patrol teams detect floods and notify, warn, organize on-site forces to practice evacuating people from areas at risk of flooding; practice search and rescue on the river in Hung Son commune, Trang Dinh district.

Speaking at the drill, Comrade Luong Trong Quynh - Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the drill commended the collectives, individuals, agencies, units and people of Trang Dinh district for completing the drill tasks well.

Authorities participate in a search and rescue exercise on the river in Hung Son commune, Trang Dinh.

In the coming time, departments, branches, Party committees, and authorities at all levels of the province and Trang Dinh district will continue to thoroughly grasp the leadership and direction documents of higher levels on natural disaster prevention, search and rescue; proactively monitor and grasp the climate and weather situation, and do a good job of forecasting situations that may occur.

When natural disasters and storms and floods occur, it is necessary to flexibly and creatively apply the "4 on-site" motto; mobilize all resources, both human and means, and facilities, to respond promptly to minimize damage to people and property.
