Presenting a summary report at the Conference, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoang Hiep, Deputy Head of the Committee, added that in the first months of 2022, natural disasters in our country showed complicated developments. , anomalies, typically a severe cold spell lasting from February 19-24, 2022 in the northern provinces has caused the temperature to drop deeply, with the lowest temperature below 0 degrees Celsius in some places as in Maui.
