Thai commune, An Phu district, landslides also occurred on the west bank of Hau
river, about 120 meters below the deep canal, with a length of about 20 meters,
a width of about 3-4m. Landslide affects 1 people's warehouse.

The landslide areas are located in the erosion warning area of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of An Giang province, so there is no loss of life, but directly affects households in this area. The cause of the initial landslide was identified as due to prolonged heavy rains, soft soil on the banks of rivers, canals, high slope of the shoreline and the impact of waves hitting the shore causing landslides.
