In the context of increasingly complicated natural disasters and increasing requirements in safety assurance, the current situation and China's experience in dealing with particularly heavy rain and floods, Vietnam should proactively implement perform the response script to not be surprised. In addition to raising public awareness, ensuring reservoir safety, dyke safety is identified as the focus during the rainy season, to ensure safety for residents and important infrastructure such as Hanoi and other other key localities.
