Weather forecast for today (27/1): Northern Vietnam cold air flow in to Vietnam Northside

According to the National Center for Hydrometeorology, at present, the cold air is reported to be moving south. It is forecasted that from the morning of January 28, this cold air part will affect the Northern mountainous provinces of the North, afternoon and evening affecting other parts of the North and North Central, then affect number of places in Central Central.
Due to the influence of cold air, tonight (January 27) and January 28, Hanoi has small rain, from January 28, it was cold with the lowest temperature of 13-15 degrees. C.

Hanoi area: cloudy, rainy day in some places, foggy morning, afternoon cloud down; rainy night and light rain Southeast wind is level 2-3. Bright and freezing nights. Lowest temperature 17-19 degrees C. Highest temperature 22-24 degrees C, some places over 24 degrees C.
Provinces in the West of North Vietnam: cloudy, rainy day in some places, foggy in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon and sun in the afternoon; night with scattered rain and light rain. Gentle. Bright and freezing nights. Lowest temperature 16-19 degrees Celsius, some places below 14 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature is 22-25 degrees Celsius, particularly in the Northwest, some places are 26-28 degrees Celsius.
Northeastern region: cloudy, rainy day in some places, foggy in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon and sun in the afternoon; rainy night and light rain Southeast wind is level 2-3. Bright and freezing nights. Lowest temperature 16-19 degrees Celsius, some areas under 15 degrees Celsius. Highest temperature 21-24 degrees C, some places over 24 degrees C.
Central provinces: cloudy, with light rain in some places, foggy in the morning, cloudy in the afternoon. Gentle. It was cold at night. Lowest temperature 17-20 degrees C. The highest temperature 23-26 degrees C, some places over 26 degrees C.
From Da Nang to Binh Thuan: Cloudy, with showers in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3. It was early morning and cold in the north. Lowest temperature 19-22 degrees C, only the South 21-24 degrees C.
Provinces in the Central Highlands: cloudy, sunny day, rainy night in some places. Northeast to east winds are level 2-3. Freezing morning and night. Lowest temperature 16-19 degrees Celsius, some places over 19 degrees C. Highest temperature 27-30 degrees C, some places over 30 degrees C.
Southern provinces: cloudy, sunny day, rainy night in some places. Northeast to east winds are level 2-3. Lowest temperature 22-25 degrees C. The highest temperature 30-33 degrees C, some places above 33 degrees C. /.
