According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in December 2022-02/2023, there is a possibility of showers and local thunderstorms in the South. The total rainfall in December 2022 is generally 15-80mm higher than the average of many years. Particularly in January-February, 2022, the total rainfall is 5-20mm higher than the average of many years in the same period.
