The content of the training program focuses on the following contents: New changes in database processing; Common data situations and problems of database shifts and solutions; Unified form of report on database; Emphasizing the important role of database staff in supporting disaster monitoring; Affirming the roles, tasks and functions of the Vietnam Disaster Monitoring System - VNDMS is a centralized data and information display system.

At the end of the training session, the database staffs had a clear understanding of the innovative contents in the regulations and processes of database operation, and at the same time shared their experiences, difficulties and directions for handling these problems. data incidents during the process of maintaining the database at the operating room of the disaster response department (Standing Office of the Central Steering Committee for natural disaster prevention and control) when there is a disaster risk of level 3 or higher or below level 3 with the risk of serious consequences. The database staff were able to be ready and proactively handle data situations/incidents when participating in duty work according to the new regulations.
