After that, the flood water rose quickly and swept away 5 people, only Mr. Duong Van L. was lucky to be able to swim to shore," said Mr. Tuan, adding that 3 of the 4 people swept away by the flood were brothers in the same family. It was Mr. L.'s wife and Mr. and Mrs. L.'s husband and wife's brother (Mr. Q. and Ms. K.).
