Meanwhile, Turkey's Emergency and Disaster Response Agency (AFAD) said the 5.6-magnitude earthquake that struck on February 27 knocked down a number of already damaged buildings. after a devastating earthquake earlier this month.

Earlier, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said the quake had a magnitude of 5.2 and the epicenter was at a depth of 5km.
AFAD said there were nearly 10,000 aftershocks after this quake and about 173,000 buildings were severely damaged.
