Supporting localities in carrying out the above task, Disaster Prevention Policy and Technology Center coordinated and proposed with Bac Ninh Dike Department, Standing Office of Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Hai Duong province to build and modernize online meeting rooms and watch rooms for monitoring, supervising and directing disaster management.

Based on the actual situation, the Center researches and proposes models to modernize the online meeting room and the disaster prevention and control room to meet the requirements of monitoring, supervising and directing the administration against natural disasters.
